Our site offers secure shopping facilities for your peace of mind. We accept credit and debit card payment, and your order is processed only when your goods are ready to ship. If you prefer not to use card payment, you can print off your order and send it with a cheque made payable to Finestra Gallery at the above address.
Our delivery charges are added on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Some heavy items incur a small carriage surcharge, which is clearly indicated in the product description. Stock items are normally dispatched by return, but please allow 14 days for receipt. If an item is out of stock for longer than this, we will email you. Items such as ceramics, sculpture and pictures will usually be dispatched within 10-14 days.
In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your goods, we will offer you a replacement or refund. We request that you return unsuitable goods to us in new, unused condition within 7 working days of receipt. Our returns policy complies with the UK’s Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations.

It is our policy not to sell, or otherwise disclose your details to third parties under any circumstances. We may occasionally email you with news of Finestra Gallery promotions or new product launches, but if you prefer not to receive such offers, you can email us to remove your email address from our file.
